I ride an exercise bike daily for about an hour. It makes my rump sore. Monday and Tuesday I'm okay...by Wednesday I'm starting to feel it...and by Thursday and Friday it hurts. Saturday and Sunday I take a break from riding, so the butasm recovers, only to begin the "cycle" again the next week.
I hope I've remedied the problem. I bought some padded bicycle pants, that should comfort the sensitive portions while I grind out my morning routine.
